We had some friends in town for the weekend and spent the majority of the time cooking big meals. On Saturday morning we had sweet potato hash, black beans, fresh salsa with tomatillos and jalapeƱos from our farm share, sauteed tofu, scrambled eggs, avocado, cheddar, faux cheese for our vegan guests, tortilla chips, and OJ. It was the perfect fall breakfast, mmm mmm mmm.
